This Privacy Statement does not replace any HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices that applies to your plan.
We retain personal information only as long as needed for plan administration, legal, tax, and audit obligations, and to fulfill the purposes described above. After that, we securely delete or de-identify the information where legally permissible.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, so please protect your credentials and notify us of any suspected unauthorized activity.
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can opt out using the unsubscribe link in those messages. We may still send you transactional or service emails related to your account or benefits.
If you apply for a role with EBN, we may collect information such as your contact details, resume or CV data, employment history, education, and any other information you provide in your application.
